Almost Perfect!

First off,this guitar is amazing looking.I have the crimson red version.The guitar was setup with very low action on arrival.This makes playing alot easier if youre a shred type player.Getting used to the bigger fretboard on a 7-string was easier than i thought and i have average size hands.The inlays are a nice touch also.Now the reason i put ALMOST PERFECT!Reaching the 23rd and 24th fret is almost impossible unless you take your thumb off the back of the neck!Besides that you cant go wrong!

This is my second guitar and I'm in love. I've been playing my first for 4 years and thought it was time to upgrade. I've had it since last December and the thing plays like a dream. The Floyd Rose takes time to tune but once it's all set up, you can tear apart your notes with the whammy bar and it'll stay in tune. As far as the 7th string goes (my first was a 6) I have no problem because I have large hands but my buddy mentioned it's slightly troubling for him to reach (he has the same problem on every 7 string he uses so you can't blame Schecter).
As with any guitar, certainly find a store to try it out first before buying. If you can't find this exact model at a store near you, there is the 6 string version and a version without the Floyd Rose that feel exactly the same.

this is an awesome guitar its usually $600 but i got it for $550 but the guitar itself in my opinion should atleast sell for $800 and its worth every penny
