m 50 rules
By Ben Drury
this guitar is very close in playability and sound to the more expensive ltd models i was amazed after playing this axe for a while the duncan designed pups and esp hardware are a surefire winner i would say any player new or old would be satisfied to own an esp without breaking the bank ben

Worth much more.
By M. Reina
Ok so simply put this is a great start up to intermediate guitar, when I got mine a couple of frets had to be filed down this is not uncommon for any guitar at all. Warning do not attempt to set up the guitar yourself as a beginner. Considering this is the lowest in the M series compared to other companies this is the best deal you could get. The pick ups will sound a little dirty with high distortion nothing that a noise gate pedal won't fix. If it is really a problem invest in a couple of Duncan pick ups, it will still be cheaper than some of the other options. The neck is nice and thin which is what I was looking for, I'd say this guitar stands out more in heavy genre's hard rock, heavy metal, thrash. Like the title says worth much than you'll pay for it. I am very happy with this guitar, I've had it for 2 years and I love playing it.

ready to play out of the box
By rollbert50
this ESP m50 model compares favorably to an epiphone sg
or epi lp100. only adjustment for me was lowering the D
string to my familiar position.
the humbucker pickups will surprise most players
either on a clean or overdrive channel. with a sharp reverse headstock
fast maple neck and then throw in a tremelo this makes for a
winner. since i am a lefty i got the blue satin model delivered
for $170. recommended
